How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak travel seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after booking with all the details of your transfer.

Payment & Pricing

When do I need to pay?

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your transfer.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price quoted is the price you pay. This includes meet and greet services if selected, waiting time, and all standard luggage.

Do you charge for waiting time?

We include complimentary waiting time in our prices. For airport pickups, we track your flight and adjust accordingly.

On The Day

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flight arrivals in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust the pickup time automatically at no extra charge.

How will I recognize my driver?

If you've booked a meet and greet service, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board. You'll also receive their contact details before your journey.

What happens if I can't find my driver?

Call the number provided in your confirmation email, and we'll put you in touch with your driver immediately.

Cancellations & Changes

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, but charges may apply depending on how much notice you give. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
